Randy is featured in what could be the poster for Bragging Rights. I’m not sure if it’s official or not, it looks official though. It sees 6 Raw Superstars including Randy and 6 SmackDown Superstars facing each other down.

Randy Replaced In Raw’s Dark Main Event |
Randy Orton was going to work last night’s dark match after Raw, but was pulled from the match and replaced with the Undertaker. Orton was pulled as a precautionary measure, due to the fact that he got dinged up over the weekend in Wildwood, NJ.

Edge, Sheamus, Randy Orton, John Cena and Chris Jericho vs. Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel, Michael Tarver, David Otunga and Heath Slater
Back from commercial and out comes the rest of Team RAW, with John Cena coming out last to a big pop. The Nexus music hits next and out they come as one to the ring. We go to commercial as they approach the ring.
Back to the match and it’s Tarver starting out with Jericho. There’s some stalling here. A chant for Jericho breaks out. Jericho rolls out of the ring and walks half-way up the ramp. The ref counts and Jericho goes to run back down. He stops, smiles and walks to the back as the ref counts him out. Edge comes in to face Tarver. Edge pushes the referee down and is disqualified. It’s now 3 vs. 5. Edge leaves to the back with a smile on his face also. Continue reading »

Night of Champions 2010 Preview |

At one of WWE’s most prestigious pay-per-views, Night of Champions, Sheamus must defend his coveted WWE Title in a Six Pack Challenge against five of Raw’s top Superstars: John Cena, Randy Orton, Edge, Chris Jericho and Nexus leader Wade Barrett.
The rules of a Six Pack Challenge are simple: A sextet of Superstars faces off in the ring, with victory determined by a single pinfall or submission. This means that Sheamus does not need to be pinned or submit to lose the WWE Title in this match.
After successfully retaining his title at SummerSlam (though Randy Orton won via disqualification), The Celtic Warrior has more than once felt the venomous wrath of The Viper. In response to this continued brutality, a frustrated Sheamus addressed the WWE Universe on Raw, urging the anonymous General Manager to deny Orton a rematch as punishment for WWE’s Apex Predator’s animalistic aggression. Sheamus has a serious look on his face. He says that one thing that he learned about Americans is that their children are spoiled brats. They are annoying and selfish and they complain until they get their way. Sheamus goes to the front row and he wants to know what they deserved to get such good seats. He calls the kids disgraces. He says that there is a bigger spoiled child here in the WWE and his name is Randy Orton. Since Orton couldn’t win the title at SummerSlam, he attacked him the next night on Raw. He talks about how he got hit with a chair while the fans were chanting for an RKO. Sheamus reminds us that he is the WWE Champion, not Randy Orton. Sheamus says that he hasn’t been on the same page as the General Manager, but with Night of Champions coming up, he does not want the spoiled child to be rewarded. He says that Orton should be punished or locked up in prison. He says that Orton should not get another title match. Continue reading »

Randy Advertised For “Hell In A Cell” PPV |
On the American Airlines Center’s website they have Randy listed as being part of the upcoming Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. Here is what they advertise:
No matter what happens at Night Of Champions, “The Viper” Randy Orton will meet “Celtic Warrior” Sheamus in 5 TONS OF STEEL…20 FEET HIGH Hell In A Cell match here in Dallas!
We all know things can change so I wouldn’t hold my breath. It would be nice to see Randy in another Hell in a Cell match as his last one was, if I’m correct, against Undertaker back in December 2005 at Armageddon. Hell in a Cell matches aren’t the same as they once were since WWE turned PG though.
